Exchange & Refund Policy – Tiny Tinker Toys

At Tiny Tinker Toys, we want every child to be delighted with their new toy. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

7-Day Exchange & Return Window
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, and tags intact.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please record a short unboxing video or take clear photos of the item and packaging this helps us resolve your claim quickly. In these cases, we offer a free replacement or full refund, including delivery charges.

Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind, you may exchange the item for another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference). In change-of-mind cases, the customer pays delivery charges both ways. The item must reach us unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For children's health and safety, these items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless they arrived defective: teethers and rattles, baby squeeze balls and sensory toys, and play dough or clay sets. Items showing signs of use, missing parts or packaging, or damaged through misuse are also not eligible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa whichever you prefer. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. You may also choose store credit, which never expires.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at tinytinkertoys.pk@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photos/video if the item is damaged. Our team responds within 1–2 business days with next steps and the return address.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once shipped, the order falls under the exchange and return policy above.

Tiny Tinker Toys reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of Pakistan
