Where We Deliver
We deliver all across Pakistan — every major city and most towns, through trusted courier partners.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation message when your order is booked with the courier, along with a tracking number.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your city. These are estimates occasional delays can occur due to courier workload, weather, or public holidays.
Delivery Charges
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 300 applies nationwide. Orders of Rs. 4,000 or above qualify for free delivery. Any delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order — there are no hidden fees.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready and ensure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel. If a COD parcel is refused or undeliverable after repeated attempts, it will be returned to us, and future COD availability may be affected.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by SMS or email so you can follow your parcel on the courier's website. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, contact us and we'll chase the courier for you.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please record a short video while opening it and contact us within 48 hours this is covered under our Exchange & Refund Policy and we'll make it right.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect address details, and re-delivery in such cases may incur an additional charge.
