Terms of Service – Tiny Tinker Toys

1. General
By placing an order on our store, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and the version published at the time of your order applies.

2. Products & Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product colors may vary slightly from photos, and some products ship in assorted colors as noted in their descriptions. We do our best to keep information accurate, but if a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order with a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation message. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and the online payment methods shown at checkout. For COD orders, please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel; repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.

4. Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–7 working days across Pakistan, depending on your city. Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or public holidays. Please provide a complete, accurate address we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.

5. Toy Safety & Age Recommendations
Every product lists a recommended age range please follow it. Toys with small parts pose a choking hazard for children under 3. Toys with batteries, magnets, or flying parts (such as RC drones) require adult supervision, and our RC drone is intended for ages 14+. Adults are responsible for supervising children's play.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
These are governed by our Exchange & Refund Policy, available on our store.

7. Intellectual Property
The Tiny Tinker Toys name, logo, product photography, and store content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under the laws of Pakistan.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
